CP097  Sustainable Water Management in the UK (Foresight) Innovation
The Sustainable Water Management research project initiative will develop a 'Forward Look' for the water sector over 5-15 years. Through in-depth studies and scenario analysis, an understanding of how organisations across the

industry will need to adapt to meet future challenges will be developed.

The Sustainable Water Management initiative links into the UK Foresight programme (www.waterforesight.com). Involving expert panels of technologists, industrialists and academics, Foresight identifies social, economic and market trends likely to affect the UK in the medium and long term, and to identify developments in engineering, science and technology that will address future needs.

Possible pressures on issues facing the water sector.
